Program Description

EMU Bright Futures at Elliott Elementary School serves second, third, fourth, and fifth grade students. We have a highly structured program providing academic support and student interest-based clubs that focus daily on being active, creative, and engaged.  Club offerings may include Crafty Kids, Nutrition, Fitness Fun, Mindful Yoga, iPad Reviews, Science Experiments, Gym Games, and many more! As a staff, we strive to support our students’ continual growth in social and emotional learning, self-development and agency, and student voice.  We provide opportunities to discover new learning and interests while cultivating a mutually respectful community for all students and families in our program. We at EMUBF at Elliott recognize the importance of building strong relationships between the families, school-day staff, and our program and make that a priority. We actively encourage family and teacher collaboration within our program community to better serve the vision of the whole student.
